Jersey Mike's is the gold standard of sub shops. The bread is chewy on the outside and soft on the inside. The roast beef is always medium rare. The veggies are always fresh. The meats are always sliced fresh right in front of you. What more could you ask for? The rosemary bread is outstanding! I highly recommend to try it.

Food was outstanding, however customer service was beyond terrible. Charles or Charlie has been one of the rudest people I have yet to come across in any food service place. Thank you to his other employee who was extremely nice and tried his best to help me as a first time customer. Will 100% eat Jersey Mikes again but at a definitely at a different location.

This place is great!!! I’ve been to Jersey Mike’s before and loved it but this location now takes on the favorite location thus far. It’s clean inside, smells good, I was acknowledged right away, and the customer service is outstanding. Josh made my food and omg the best #13 Italian I had thus far. It had the same ingredients I always get, yet Josh added his own touches and it was great. Cory was my cashier and awesome. I forgot put in my points and he figured out a way to help me as well. I will definitely be returning. If you have had Jersey Mike’s before check out this location. If you haven’t had it this is a great location to try it at. Love it, and Josh and Cory made my day!

Pickup order and I smashed the majority of the sandwich before I thought to take the pics! I always order the chicken cheese steak. I didn’t realize they have more than one. Yummmmm!

Went on the evening of 6/30 and got me the Italian wrap. Cute service was great; sandwich was too soggy but I got through it. This location is tip top clean.

Thank you to the crew who worked Friday PM shift on 12/2. We flew in late for a tournament and they graciously accommodated us although we were a big group arriving just before closing. Thank you for the great food and service. We were so hungry! Kudos to a fantastic crew!

Somehow, I have never eaten at Jersey Mike's before. I have to admit, the sandwich was absolutely delicious and the service was awesome. This will probably be my new go to sub place.

This is the best Jersey Mike's location by far. Go in at peak lunch time and see what I mean. The problem I usually have with Jersey Mike's is they can be so slow, and it is painful to watch while one or two employees stand around and just one makes sandwiches, etc. Not here (Dallas Galleria area). This place gets busy and it's incredible to see how they work here. Everyone is working together efficiently, at full speed, to move the line fast. Whoever is responsible for training at this location deserves recognition. Always a pleasure coming here, and it's Mike's, so the best tasting, highest quality sandwiches go without saying. Recommend #14 The Veggie with everything on it, or #64 Portabella Mushroom.
